At Aduna, we want you to be completely satisfied with your superfood purchase. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original packaging; for food safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
